Auma Ac 01 only opens/ closes for three seconds

New Auma AC 01 functions properly in local setting. When its switched to remote mode it actuates for approximately 3-5 seconds then stops. Warning says wrn setpoint position. voltages at the pins show the correct voltages. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
