Accuload IV end of preset ramp down

Good Evening,
I have inherited an Accuload IV with four load arms and four meters. It is capable of performing sequential blending on two arms. The two other arms are kerosene only. As near as I can tell the ramp down is not configured. Under Meter 1 parameters 211 and 212 Ramp Tolerance Q1 and Q2 respectively are set to zero. However, the control valve does close and overrun and underrun are negligible e.g. less than a gallon.

I've taken videos of the flow control at the batch nears the end of preset and watched them several times. It looks to me that at approximately 300 gallons from end of batch the flow begins reducing from high flow of 500 gpm to approximately 300 gpm. At approximately 150 gallons from preset the flow decreases to around 200 gpm. At 10 gallons from preset the flow goes to 100 gpm which is also the minimum low flow set parameter Arm-Products Flow Control parameter 201.

Can someone kindly tell me what is driving/controlling the ramp down with Meter 211 and 212 set to zero?
What is the suggested method for ramp down?

In addition to the above, there two other lanes with both Accuload IV and Accuload III. They too appear to not have a ramp function configured but the digital valves close none the less. What is driving the ramp down?

Thank you much,
Deepwater

Did you get this figured out? If not, I can help you when I get done. I’m not sure I understand your question completely. The Accuload will switch to low flow based on whatever you set it for in the programming. If you set it to 150 gallons and have a 3000 gallon load it will switch to low flow with 150 gallons left.
There is also a setting in there that will make the accuload calculate the stop so it doesn’t overshoot or undershoot the preload.
