Access Rights Error on Honeywell TDC3000

Hello,

I am having an issue with an AM point. I am trying to use a REGAM calculator with PID point to push an output to a flow controller SETPOINT but I get an error for access rights. I've also tried to write a CL program to push the output from 15DY1006 to 15FC1610. But it also says RIGHTS in the errors. What am I missing here?
