Location: The Woodlands, TX office (North Houston, TX)
Travel: Up to 50%-60% across the USA, Canada, and occasionally Europe
Hybrid Role: In-office + Remote support + Field service
Industry: Concrete products machinery / Industrial automation

Topwerk America, Inc. is seeking a motivated specialist to join our growing technical team. This role is ideal for candidates experienced in industrial controls, PLCs, HMIs, and automation support who enjoy a mix of hands-on fieldwork and remote diagnostics.

Key Highlights:

• Lead commissioning and startup of proprietary automated machinery
• Develop and troubleshoot Siemens PLC/WinCC control systems
• Work with fieldbus networks (ProfiBus, ProfiNet, ASi-bus)
• Support customers on-site and remotely via hotline/VPN
• Collaborate with global engineering and service teams

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years in automation or field service
• Comfortable with VFDs, servo systems, and safety circuits
• Strong diagnostic and communication skills
• Bachelor’s in Electrical / Automation Engineering ideal
• Valid passport and clean driving record required
