Unwanted Start-Up issue(Mechanical Damage) caused by Forcing signal

Hello, we are currently considering changing from GE Mark V to Mark Vie due to obsolescence.
However, I heard that the Unwanted Forcing problem that existed in GE Mark V as mentioned in the link below.
is also occurring in Mark Vie!!
If the phenomenon occurs frequently, we will consider replacing it with a different system.
