Help Needed, In need of Experienced PLC Programmers

We need someone with experience to help us complete a project. We are looking for contractors for around $45/hr and up. We would need you to be available to travel between Arizona, Texas and Possibly Tennessee. We've ran into a lot of issue with the current staffing company and honestly we'd rather just find someone direct and willing to work and help us get this job done.
