GE 7FH2 Generator Seal Oil problems

Hello, I am looking to see if anyone has any information on a problem I am having. We just came out of an outage where the end bell was removed to replace the hydrogen seals on the turbine end. Since coming back, our seal oil DP is jumping around ~ .8 PSID (5.8-6.5PSID). It seems that the float happens in the same interval as our shaft rotation (8.5 sec per shaft revolution on TG). We thought the reg valve was bad, but when we went to bypass and the reg valve was isolated, the differential is still floating. Anyone have any ideas? We tried the bucket test and got about 1/4 gal in 1 minute. I'm not sure if that is normal or not, but it was the same on our other unit that has no issues. Thanks.
