Got a PLC5-60B that keeps losing its memory. When it crashes it loses the ladder, comms settings, plc name and node. It cannot be seen on the network.
Once battery removed and the unit is power cycled I am able to reload the software and configure the comm ports, set it to run and away it goes.
It normally crashes when someone accesses one of the other plc's on the network. None of the node addresses clash. It even wipes the plc memory when left in RUN mode, as opposed to remote run.
Can anyone help?
