ABB modbus need to help “ ABB water flow meter”

Dear all
Thank for watching and reading
I have ABB water flow meter
Model : FET1211A0Y1A2M1
We have problem with modbus mainboard
We found ic with 16 pin on this board broken and can’t not reading the name of this IC .
I need to change this but can not find wich IC can replace for this boadr .
Please help me “ dataset “ of this and if i want to change the new IC , we need to know about what ?

From the photo, the burnt 16-pin IC looks like an NVE isolated RS-485 / fieldbus interface IC.

Before replacing the IC, please verify:
Trace the pins from the IC to the communication connector.
Check whether only A/B bus lines are used or whether 4 bus lines are used.
Confirm the IC package and supply voltage.
Check the RS-485 protection parts, capacitors, and power rails, because the IC may have burnt due to surge, wrong wiring, or bus-side damage.

Important parameters to verify:
Voltage on both sides
Check VDD1 and VDD2. Both sides may be 3.3 V or 5 V.
Number of input/output channels
Confirm how many signals go from logic side to bus side and how many return back.
Channel direction
Some isolators are 2-in/2-out, some are 3-in/1-out, etc. This must match the original IC.
Pinout
Even if the IC looks physically same, the pin function must match exactly.
Communication type
Confirm whether it is half-duplex RS-485, full-duplex RS-485/RS-422, or Profibus-compatible.
Isolation rating and data speed
Since this is an industrial ABB Modbus/Profibus board, the isolation rating and speed should not be downgraded.
Package size
SOIC-16 / wide SOIC / narrow SOIC must match the PCB footprint.
