ABB symphony harmony DCS BRC controllers

Dear fellows, we made new logic in ABB symphony harmony DCS which includes addition of new blocks and deletion of some existing blocks to tune logic as per our requirement. The logic modification was done in CLD. After compiling the new logic (CFG) we downloaded the logic to BRC-300 controllers. After downloading we again compare CFG with controller and CLD with controller and in the result box we are getting 11 differences.
As per differences “ 11 missing blocks are present in controllers but they are not present in CLD or CFG “
My question is Why the deleted Blocks from CLD are still present in controller?
