AGA 3 and MPMS 14.3 What is the difference?

I've been told that AGA 3 and MPMS 14.3 have different calculation methods for determining standard volumetric flow using an orifice plate. However from initial searches I've done on the internet, it seems the two are related, in fact AGA 3 might be part of MPMS 14.3.

Can anyone clarify this for me?

I'm using a DCS that has a built in AGA 3 calculation block. I really don't want to have to punch in a whole bunch flow calculation code when if I can use the AGA 3 block.
