APPL Error on Modicon NOE (140NOE77101)

I am facing a problem on 140NOE77101 Card. Its showing APPL Error on LED's. I have retrieve the this error via web access server and here the crash log below:

CRASH in task tScanner : S:/noe/vxWorks_gen/../cyclicscanner/cyc_main.cpp LINE=144 CODE=0x0 at 11 seconds after power-on.calling stack (reverse order):

Please let know why this error occurs, i am facing the communication failure error again and again. I need to clear either its about this crash log or something else...

Have you ensured that the NOE has the latest firmware installed? If you are in doubt, contact your local automation distributor or Schneider support.
