We are facing an issue when we are using the auma , however it was working properly but has feedback issue so we dissconected it and bring the actuator to the shop and after we dissconeted the cards and connected back we face another issue. The MOV is opening but not closing.

My rule of thumb when disconnecting wired components - take pictures of all connections. I hope you did too. You might have inserted the wrong connection. You need to fix the closing issue first before going further...

on’t think it’s because of card connection because when i remove encoder and put it back it comes like closing but not opening and the alarm is torque fault open

Let's just be clear now. At the moment, you can close but when you try to open, it will not and you see a torque fault open. Is this correct? If it is, then you need to adjust your settings for the torque. If your setting is close on torque, try to take that out and try again. You might have adjusted too much for the torque on the closing and will detect a torque fault open because the unit has a hard time opening normally. Also, try to apply lubricant on the stem then open and close several times. Then try to operate normally again.

Are you trying to say that you are testing the Auma without the physical process valve? There are things you need to be cautious about, when testing the actuator alone.
