Calibration of proportional amplifier card

Gas turbine startup issue was observed during ROC testing when the machine tripped due to no RPM feedback during spin mode. During detailed verification, it was identified that the Proportional Amplifier Card (Hydromatic Card) installed inside the MKVI panel—responsible for driving the proportional solenoid—was powered off. Its fuse was found blown, and upon removal and inspection, the card’s power circuit was confirmed faulty.
A new Hydromatic Card was issued and installed yesterday. After installation, the machine was started in spin mode; however, the turbine ramped up rapidly and reached 1800 rpm within a few seconds, prompting a manual shutdown. The newly installed card requires proper calibration for ramp-up control and solenoid output before further operation.
we are trying to find a procedure Amplifier card (PV24F/20)

What a great question and it took a lot of searching to find some sort of answer. It appears that the PV24F/20 card had a Rexroth part number of R902001599, possibly in the changes related to Mannesman/Rexroth/Bosch. The card appears no longer available new but there are plenty for sale from non Rexroth sources.

To find a manual for the card was a bit more challenging as your spelling leads the search astray. A search for "Hydromatik PV24F/20" is helpful but a better search is "Brueninghaus hydromatik pv24f/20" which gives a gold star result.
