Challenges with 1756-CNBR/E Module

I experience the below "Device Properties Error" when i right-click the 1756-CNBR/E Module, checking the device properties from
RSLinx Classic Gateway:

Unable to establish communications with the selected device.

-Possible causes for this device
-Device not connected to network
-Device was unable to respond to request within the allotted time
-Invalid communication path
(try selecting the module using a different communications route.)

Additional information: CIP general status 1
General Status=0x0401, Extended Status=0x0318
