Hello people,
I need a detail explanation of terms such as "load switch ON and load switch OFF". I'm reading about fetures of control valves, and I found example on which many inputs and outputs are shown (basically an actuator sends information to higher level control system).
there are outputs such as travel limit ON, travel limit OFF, which I understand and which sends information that actuator has hit the limit switch, so the higher level system can turn off command for moving. I also find that there are two outputs "load switch ON" and "load switch OFF", but don't know what that could be.
Could that be a torque information, for example if there is a mechanical obstacle, and acutator cannot hit limit switch position, but draws large current?
Do you have more experience?
