I loaded Concept v2.2 w/SR1 & SR2 on a new laptop with Windows 2000 Pro and using a new MB+ PCMCIA card 416NHM21234. I receive the error message when trying to connect to Quantum PLC. Green Network LED is flashing 6 times, but Red Comm. LED is flashing too. Mbpstat is working and showing the nodes. Any ideas why I cannot connect?

I have same problem, but i used concept 2.5. Solution from Schneider:

If you haven't install virtual driver MBX driver, you must install them.

This error is generally caused by either the SUPPORT 16 BIT APPLICATIONS box not being selected in the Virtual Device Configuration or the modicon.ini file is missing a pointer for the software interrupt. Check the Virtual Driver Configuration first. If you have the box selected then do a search on your PC for the MODICON.INI file. Using a text editor if needed add the line: MBP0=5C. Save the changes before closing the file. You will be required to re-boot before changes take effect.
