Connecting Magelis HMI with Omron using RS-422

How to connect Magelis XBTGT with omron PLC with RS422? I made the cable and the settings as the magelis manual for the omron driver told me, but no succes.

I tried it with a CS1 SCB41 option board and with
a CJ1 SCU41-V1

Cable:
HMI(DB9female) PLC(DB9male)
2 -------------- 1
1 -------------- 2
3 -------------- 8
7 -------------- 6

The terminator on the PLC side is switched on.
A resistor is connected on pin 1-2 and 3-7 on the HMI side.

Settings HMI:
SysmacFinsSIO
RS-422 4-wire
19200 bps
7 E 2
Retry 5
Time out 10 ms
Tx waittime 0

Settings PLC port:
Hostlink
19200
7 E 2
