To everybody,

I have a Control Techniques variable frequency drive, type:SKB3400150. I also bought a CT Comms cable so that I can upload the parameters from the VFD to my Laptop. I also downloaded the free CTSoft software available from Control Techniques website.

I made so many attempts to upload the parameters but unfortunately,I am not successful. Can anybody give me information on the techniques how to upload the parameters.
