I found that Control techniques Unidrive sp can read and write the data in to sick Hiperface encoders and i tried to read data from old encoder too. but while reading data the drive shows EnP.Er error . do you know whats the issue is? And how to solve it?
The procedure I did is as follows:
setup parameters
3.34 = 1024
3.36 = 1(8V)
3.37 = 2(300)
3.38 = 7( SC.Hiper)
3.48 = 1(On)
3.49 = 1(On)
then I entered 0.00 = 11001 and reset button;
the Encoder part number is SRS50-HSA0-S21
I am looking for a positive replay as soon as possible and thank you in advance
