I want use CP-441-2 as a Modbus Master to interface with 3rd party devices. Can anyone send me a step by step procedure or a real S7 program? It would be great help.
The sample project does not seem to work. I have tried to work with it.
My application is as follows,
I have a S7-400 CPU with CP441-2. This CP is to be connected to a Bentley Nevada cabinet, which has 3 racks (3 slaves). So I have to multidrop the CP441-2 RS-485 (2-wire) on all 3 racks.
Can anyone send me a sample project that uses the standard Siemens offered Modbus Blocks? As I explained earlier, the sample project does not seem to work.
