CS3000 R3.04.00 and Win XP SP3

Hello,

I am working in a DCS CS3000 R3.04.00, at the moment we cannot upgrade this to the latest revision of CS3000. One HIS got damaged and it has to be replaced.

The PC arrived already, the problem is it comes with Windows XP Service Pack 3. The manual says CS3000 R3.04.00 is not compatible with Win XP SP3.

Does somebody know what the problem is?, no sure how to revert to SP2 or SP 1
