Can I synchronize a DG of 415V, 50Hz, 3phase 4 wire with neutral solidly earthed with a distribution transformer of DY11, secondary of 415V, 50HZ with OLTC, 3phase 4 wire with neutral solidly earthed.

and those rules are:

1) Number of Phases should be same

2) Rotation of Phases should be same

3) Phase angle between each respective phase should be same

4) Frequency must be same

5) and Voltage amplitude must be same.
