Hi, I'm studying on a project regarding to the S7-300 PLC.
My hardware configuration is:

1)CPU 315-2DP(1)- 6ES7 315-2AF03-0ABO
MPI(2)'YE baðlý
2)DI16xDC24V - 6ES7 321-1BH02-OAAO
3)DI16xDC24V - 6ES7 321-1BH02-OAAO
4)DO16xDC24V/0.5A - 6ES7 322-1BH01-OAAO

My profibus configuration is:

1)DP master
2)5 pieces of simovert-vector controlled(CBP2-communication board). Each of them has a serial number of;
6SE7090-0XX84-0FF0

My problem is;
I'm not able to download the hardware config to the PLC-CPU. At that moment it gives a massage;

"The system data can not be loaded to module (CPU315-2DP(1)-(RO/S2) of station SIMATIC 300 Station.
The block/op. sys. update is too large . Cannot load SDB4."

After that I decided to upload the existing hardware config of the instant CPU of mine. I'm seeing that Rack=0 Slot=0 And the station is SIMATIC 300(2). Is the slot number and station number important while downloading?I mean does it give that message to me that it wants to say there is a config. mismatch because of the slot and the station number of the system is not unique or is there another problem that I can't see.

on the software menu of the siemens step 7 that is inside the software where you configure your pg/pc interface and download there will be a option called simulate modules pls remove that and then try to download if you cant get it then try with proper confiuration of hardware
