DP Transmitter Range vs Maximum Working Pressure

In a DP transmitter MWP is 140 kg/cm2. Calibration Range in 0-1000 mmwc .

can we use it up to 140 kg/cm 2 DP
Can i apply 140 kg/cm2 during valves open condition (HP,LP and Equalizer valves )
At what condition that transmitter will withstand up to 140kg/cm2
