I have statron make AC UPS in my plant. This ups is equipped with ELTEK make AC mains monitor unit which gets voltage and current feedback from the UPS system. There is an error LED glowing on this device and I dont know how to troubleshoot it.If anyobe having any manual related to ELTEK ac manin monitor unit(Parrt no: 242100.305 ) Please help me get rid of this error

 

Bummer about the error LED on your Eltek AC mains monitor. First, check the manual for error codes ,it should help you figure out what's going on. If you don't have the manual, try searching online for "Eltek 242100.305 manual" or contact Eltek support. Make sure all connections are tight and maybe try power cycling the UPS.

 

Thank you for the reply. The problem is solved now. There was a problem of calibration of input current and voltages. Once I properly done calibration and rebooted the device the error gone.
