Has anyone had experience working with the PID control program on stored on the MD29 co-processor? The drive is a Mentor II DC drive. We had the system working but it died. Replacing the MD29 card cleared the drive fault but now the card appears to not be running the PID application. Parameter 16.02 is the summation junction for the inputs and it is zero regardless of the inputs.

You could try Emserson/CT tech support in Grand Island, NY at 716-774-1193 They were always a great help with the Mentor/Quantum drives and the MD29 options... or try their Eden Prairie, MN tech support at 952-995-8000. And if that doesn't help call your local distributor or mine at 317-844-7328
