I would like to have valuable input from the persons who have worked on Werner and Pfleiderer make Extruder. I am basically interested in sharing the knowledge about the trouble shooting for extruder instrumentation. We have ZSK 300 machine
We also have 2 zsk300 and basically only instrumentation problems are the barrel cooling water sov's needs to be changed regularly and screw gland packing always leaks powder.
