[Fwd: [ mat-Bugs-441966 ] top level make all does not build tcl]

Dear Mario,

unfortunately I'm not able to run successfully ./configure in lang/tcl.
It stops with the messages that I've put in the attachment.

Were you more lucky then me?

Initial Comment:
Doing a $make all at the top level will not build the
/lang/tcl library as this library uses autoconf and
automake to generate it's makefile.

What to do?
