The CS may be the key of all your questions and can give you all answers to your questions, about fire mode, about transfers mode to liquid, start up sequence, control philosophy for your units and etc., it can be very useful for you.
Can you require this information from contractors or vendors may be commisioning team who has to have this information?
And What is your role at this site?
And What is the stage of construction or it is commercial phase(operation)?
