need reference documents for GE frame 9 E erection and commissioning,

When you obtain these documents, GE would like a copy for their use.

 

Why do you need fore these documents? Do you need just a generic document(s) or are you doing some kind of RCA/troubleshooting or maybe relocation project? Normally these documents are project specific rather then generic. I have been to sites where there were no manuals of a GE FR9E (relocation project in SE-ASIA) and used Turbotecnica and John Brown manuals.
