Gotta Keep Rollin: Control.com to Visit MODEX 2026

MODEX is a supply chain automation and technology trade show, and it’s being held next week, April 13-16, at the World Congress Center in Atlanta (MODEX 2026). Control.com’s engineering and editorial team is excited to attend, and we can’t wait to share the new products and key features that are keeping the manufacturing world rolling on the floors of factories and warehouses, improving inventory, product management, and shipping to build reliability across the globe.

Advanced Motion Controls

Robots, autonomous movers, and material handling systems will take center stage at the show. What’s the common factor between all of these applications? Motion.

Datalogic

If your mission of parts supply and inventory is to be effective, you must have reliable scanning equipment.

At MODEX, in booth C13971, Datalogic will debut a selection of new industrial scanning computers, along with highlights from product lines that scan and capture images of bar and 2D codes, reliably identifying packages on high-speed conveyors, no matter the working conditions.

FANUC America

When it comes to handling heavy loads in a warehouse, most of the industry turns to robots. Big robots.

NORD Drivesystems

A show that focuses on the movement of materials in logistics? We’re sure to see plenty of heavy-duty motors and controls.

NORD Drivesystems will be showcasing high-efficiency IE5+ motors and drive units. Many of the VFDs are offered in decentralized packages, placing the drives near the motors, increasing efficiency and ease of installation. NORD will also demonstrate the importance of mechanical gear drives, a component that can’t be overlooked. Stop by booth B14136 to see durability in action!

OTTO by Rockwell Automation

Designing an entire supply chain involves much more than just robots, motors, or controllers; it involves an interconnected system of interlocking parts, like a giant virtual puzzle.

Rockwell Automation will present a number of software solutions, along with logistics hardware, in partnership with Otto autonomous mobile robot (AMR) platforms, demonstrating how material motion can be integrated into the central control system to create a single factory that works in harmony with the rest of the operation.
