We want to communicate Yokogawa DCS System CS3000 with Siemens System using Profibus-DPV1 communication. Yokogawa DCS system acts as Master in this communication. We are using Hilsher Sycon Configurator software for the configuration of Master and Slave devices. We are having problem in Yokogawa Master Device (ALP111) registeration. I think we need GSD file for ALP111 module. If this is the case, please provide us with required GSD file or guide us for the configuration of Master/Slave device.

The only way that i solve this issue is request the SyCon directly from Yokogawa suplier as this number: SyCon-DNYOKO.

I try several times to download the version for other places but i can not get the one with the ALF111 module in the available Masters list.

Please look on internet this General Specification: GS 33Q03L80-31E, is easy to find.

Dear Jesus,

At present we are working in a project with Profibus DP/PA communication with Yokogawa CS3000 and ALP111 module. Please, let me know what do you need and i will try to give you information about it if i have it.

Please, be addvised that Profibus communication between different vendors increase exponentially engineering hour because each company have its own way to transfer the data to the master.

I try to make an connection with sycon 2.9 for an alp111 and 2 dp/dp couplers, imported above gsd file but when I tray to insert master device I can't find in master list the alp111, can some one help me with this?
