Honeywell DCS (6X addr) - Modbus RTU Slave OPC-server?

We need that Modbus RTU Slave OPC-server can use 6X(Extention memory address) addr.
I find that Matrikon, Softwaretoolbox, Automated Solution, Beijer, Eldridge Engineering, I/Gear, Klinkmann etc. But they cannot use 6X address.

"Where Modbus RTU Slave OPC-server or I/O server can use 6X address ?"
