We have Honeywell's TPS for Boiler Controls in Plant. We have the following Nodes on LCN: Four GUS, HM, Primary and Redundant NIMs.

GUS 02's LCN Overview shows HM is "Isol". From other GUS Nodes the LCN view is ok... It's only from GUS02 that we are getting this message. Subsequently, we are even unable to navigate thru LCN Diag, etc. from GUS 02 node.

We tried the following from GUS02:
1) Rebooted the PC... No change.
2) Clicked on "Load Isol" target of the Native Window. It flashes the message "Incompatible State"...

The problem persists still. Can anyone help please?

Rahul - Go to the GUS and shut it down and it will place it into the OFF state. Go to another GUS and shut it down again (from OFF and it will stay OFF) and see if this finally removes it.

This is mostly beacuse the GUS were you are seeing the status is isolated from the network.

I would request you to contact the local TAC to get the procedure to make the necessary checks.
