The new GE Fanuc PAC systems do, RX3i and RX7i.

 

I use Giddings & Lewis PLCs quite a bit. They have a TCP/IP module that uses WindRiver. G&L gives you a great set of tools to handle Ethernet from the socket level - I've been able to write TCP and UDP function blocks to talk to quite a few other devices including generic VB programs.

On the other hand, I don't think it would make much of an impact from a user's standpoint, however... The module has it's own dedicated processor and firmware to handle the actual guts of it - the application programmer just creates sockets, server/client stuff, and reads/writes.
