Hi all I am new to working with Kollmorgen S700 Drives and with Harmonic Drive CannisDrive Motors. We are having an issue with them and can not seem to find a solution. We had a failed motor which had a regular A quad B encoder. Motor was replaced with a new one. I can not seem to find any issues physically with the motor to the drive. Has anyone had a Kollmorgen Drive just not move after a motor was swapped? We are having problems getting this equipment to run and don not have any insight from inside our organization that has much knowledge.
