Linking Between Triangle PLC and Emerson Flowmeter

At the moment I'm having difficulties linking the R1000 transmitter on the Flowmeter with my Triangle PLC. I am using an Emmerson Flowmeter with frequency output analog output with a 1616MX Triangle PLC. How do I go about linking the two devices together?
