Mark V HMI CARD_ID.EXE

Hello everyone,

Our gas turbine control system on site uses the GE Mark V HMI. It seems that our CARD_ID.EXE is not working properly. When I click the CARD_ID.EXE icon, a window briefly appears and then disappears almost immediately—so quickly that I cannot even see what is displayed in the window.

This is my first time using CARD_ID.EXE, so I’m not sure whether the program can be launched simply by double-clicking the program icon, or if there is another way to start it.
