We are looking at removing some obsolete PLC's used for drive control and interfacing with Honeywell C300 via Modbus TCP. The drives used are mainly the ABB ACS600 series VSDs.

Our previous solution has been to use Simocode modules to create a Profibus network in the MCC which feeds into a Profibus Master Cabinet.

Howver, it is now desirable to interface direct to C300 via MB-TCP.

Does anyone know of a a similar product to the Simocode that outputs direct MB TCP? Ideally with some form of data concentrator inbuilt, but this is not essential.

We are trying to reduce the number of interfaces, gateways, protocol converters etc as cabinet space is very tight.

Andrew's request was for "a similar product to the Simocode that outputs direct MB/TCP", NOT for a GATEWAY !!! He even stated that he is trying to reduce the number of gateways!
