what happen if I format TMR cores in MKV and can operate normally if I download the HMI software to the cores?
hint: the connection between cimplicty HMI and MKV throw arcnet card.

Formatting the EEPROM of a Mark V core is like formatting a disk drive; it effectively "erases" the contents.

If you format the EEPROM of a Mark V core, you will need to download ALL to the processor's EEPROM, *and then re-boot it*, for all the EEPROM partitions (I/O Configuration, Control Constants, Timer/Counter information, etc.) to become effective.

You should still be able to "communicate" with (download to) the processor, even if it's <C>. But you won't get any meaningful data from that processor as far as turbine and driven device data.

Why is it believed it is necessary to format the EEPROM?
