Is there any possible way to use Omron CJ1W-ETN21 ethernet module to send commands to remote I/O unit that communicates Modbus TCP/IP?

It's not a native protocol for the Omron module (although I believe they have a serial module that supports Modbus protocol).

I think you can easily send/receive Modbus TCP commands using the Socket Services from the Omron CJ1W-ETN21 module.

Nothing in this manual suggests it supports TCP/IP Modbus. This is not a Schneider community question. It's a question you obviously need to take up with Omron.
