Does anybody know of an opensource software solution to program ControlMicrosystems' ScadaPacks 32? Thanks in advance.

Since ScadaPack32 uses Modbus/TCP you may use

For Modbus support look in:
Documentation->rllib->rllib reference manual->Alphabetical List->rlModbus
