I Have here Panelbuilder32 ver 3.8(226) running on a Dell P3, 1G Ram, under Win2K Server.
for some reason when I try to get at the properties of an object, it takes it 5-7 seconds to come up with the properties dialog. Then when in the properties dialog I try to get at the tag to modify addresses, and it again takes 5-7 seconds for it to appear. Later I tried Panelbuilder on an NT 4.0 machine(sp5) and it does the same thing. Last I tried it on a Win2k pro machine and it works fine. Has anyone run into this kind of problem before? If so how did you resolve it?
