Problem while loading program from Eprom in Siemens 95F CPU

Dear Friends,
I have a fail safe set of Siemens 95F CPU which contains the following, 1. 2 Nos. of 95F Cpus 2. Fail safe i/o modules 4 for each cpu. 3.Both the cpus are linked with an optic fiber cable.

Now my problem is i have made some changes in the existing progam, and i am trying to load the same in to the cpu, i can load the modified program in to the cpu through s5 software without any problems. The same program i have put in to 2 eproms and when i try to load the program through eproms the cpu goes in to stop mode. Please help me by givig the correct program loading procedure for 95F ( i feel i doing somthing wrong in the procedure).

Dear inamdar
please check following notes
1-- each cpu has a subuint ID that you must define when blow eprom A , B
2--you should not blow eprom with error dbs e.g DB2,DB3 and DBS which is
modified during executing of the program
