I hope you're all well.
I have a question about the IS220PSCA Serial Communication IOPacks.
We have these IOPacks installed on an IS420UCSBH3A Dual (MarkVIe) platform. When an RTU slave loses communication, all IOPack communication is lost and is ONLY restored when we remove and re-power it.
Is there any other procedure (via software, for example) to avoid having to shut down the IOPack? Thanks!

That is impossible to happen. Strongly recommend to reach OEM for support.
I think there is some built in timer which keeps polling the slave devices after they have gone bad.
Is it serial or TCP ?
How many slaves are there ?
