Redundant Modbus in S7-300

I want to connect A siemens PLC (S7-300 with software redundancy) and a DCS with redundant modbus protocol,so I need two CP341. I want to know where can I put CP341? Can I put every CP341 near CPU(CPU 315-2DP)or I have to put both of them in ET200M? and how can I setup the address of modbus for both of them?
