Charm Industrial is on a mission to reverse climate change by removing CO₂ from the atmosphere and storing it permanently. We’re scaling up our pyrolyzers and field-deployable systems—and we need a hands-on Senior Electrical Engineer to help us do it.
If you’ve built control panels from scratch, commissioned real-world industrial systems, and have experience with PLCs, VFDs, power distribution, and control cabinet wiring, this role might be your next adventure.
We’re not looking for lab-only engineers. You’ll be in the field, designing, wiring, troubleshooting, and owning critical systems from concept to deployment.
Must be local to Colorado or willing to relocate.
