Rockwell Net-Eni Restart

Howdy all... The Net-Eni interface to a micrologix controller rejects winsock commands so that it does not pass thru any info to the connected PLC. I am trying to discover a way to restart or reboot the ENI using SNMP or some other method if anyone has any ideas???
