I am not sure there is a driver for this application. I cannot be too specific, as it has been a few years, but we had an application very similar to yours. In our application, the Honeywell unit was connected to an SLC 5/05 (though it could have been a PLC5 or 5/03 or higher and worked) through a serial (RS232) connection. We used cheap 232to485 converters to take care of distance. The SLC was used exclusively to pool data from several honeywell units and another for some Red-Lion PID controllers. Their data was moved into intergers in the SLC and the SLC was polled by RSLinx and handed to our HMI (for you RSView). If you already have an AB PLC or SLC, this may be the easiest solution.
If OEM is not providing any MODBUS driver with the PLC's, you can get it from third parties for a nominal cost. Check for such drivers at http://www.sunlux-india.com.
